First of all I'm so sorry for the overall video (sound) quality - I shot this with my Pc webcam through YouTube :(
This video today is on how, and why, I believe my hair benefits from a periodically 'deep cleanse' BUT at the same time I do it super easy and simple; so I'm sharing with you guys what (two) products 
I use in my hair for this and how I overall do it.
BTW, the ingredient on the second product is (organic) Calendula ;)
