Pause the video at 1:32 and you can see that the street-signs use three languages (blue "box" on right right hand side, with white lettering, at the top of a red-framed advertisement-stand), 1. 德宏傣语，2. 景颇语，3. 国语。
Apparently, I need a more expensive camera, because the colors of the trees, of the skies, etc., are all muted to an absurd extent in this video: the final shot of the temple (on the mountain/horizon) at 3:20 seems to just show the silhouette agains a white sky, but the sky at the time was streaked with gold and blue (this is December, so the colors of the sunrise were still ongoing, fairly late in the day). The trees, also, do not seem nearly green enough in this video (compared to how they appear), etc.
