 Now six-year-old Vincent Warner lost his dad Lex on a scuba diving trip in 2012 when Vincent was only a few months old. Vincent has now been given the right to sue the company Scapa Flow Charters over his father's death, reversing a previous decision in the Scottish courts. 

So this is an awful story but what happened that ill fainted day? Mid August 2012 Lex’s Dive Team Dark Star had charted MV Jean Elaine which is a vessel operated by Scapa Flow Charters. Dark Star was planning a deep dive on a deep unexplored wreck around 100m down. The skipper of the boat originally recommends the divers call it off due to bad weather but the weather improved and he gave the green light.
