Moreau presents the Legion of Honor to Gens. Bell, Wolf, and King. The 301st Stevedore Reg't receives a citation from Adm. Wilson and Gen. McClure. Gens. Helmick and Connor present a flag to the unit and address the men. Staff cars are inspected and drivers and mechanics are commended.
