By ev_brak's own admission, this is his hardest puzzle, and it's easy to see why. I had beaten the first version of this puzzle, but ev_brak said that everything I did was cheese. He reuploaded it and made the level a lot more restrictive in terms of movement. I recently decided to go back and take another look at this puzzle, and made some very good progress last week. 

The hardest part of the puzzle to solve was figuring out how to get across the spike and saw cage to get the galoomba. At that point, I only had 4 POWs and a spring, and I needed to get 3 POWs and a spring into the cage before I went into the one-way. It turns out that you can actually do this if you get as far into the one-way as you can without going over in order to place your POWs. It is quite precise to line up.
