Or in other words, when you escape a Lakitu mission the wrong way, all hell breaks loose.

Basically...

You end up in a world where Mario and co have visited Mount Brrr and watched it get filled with papercraft objects.  Even if you're not at that point in the story.  Result?  You may be able to skip half the game.

If you walk under a bridge as a stack, you warp onto it.

All your action commands outside the ones usable in the mission are disabled.

The quest actually ENDS if you walk back into the quest area.  But now you can't actually complete it, since all the Toads vanish...

A fence still appears to lock you in.

Any Toads or characters with 'missions' (like the genius Toads, and likely the Yoshis) vanish without a trace.

Trying to start a Lakitu Info Centre mission crashes to a black screen.

You can still warp round the whole world via warp pipes.

So yeah.  Seems like we may have found Mario & Luigi Paper Jam's equivalent of the beta quest.  Should be fun!
