On the third day of his European tour, U.S. President Barack Obama was in Strasbourg, France, where he met with French President Nicolas Sarkozy and later held a town hall meeting. The issue of halting nuclear arms proliferation was one of the main topics discussed in Strasbourg, with both leaders pledging greater cooperation in preventing Iran from developing nuclear arms.
