A visit to Senator Simcha J. Felder's office to notify the Senator about exemption from any and all charges and debts according to scripture which is backed by Public Law 97-280 (96 Stat 1211), the Bill of Rights and New York Constitution. I left contact info with a copy of the Public Law 97-280. Someone should be getting back to me to discuss the matter further.
