How to exchange your Q.R.S. to a standard bolt & anti rivet? - DOOP Quick Release System Part II - In a case you want to take out the quick release system and use normal bolts please:
- open the lever of the Quick release System
- turn the lever 45° 
- take the shock absorber out
- Loosen the quick lock from the nut that sits inside the frame
- take the nut and Quick release System out
- put in the big anti-rivet on the inside of the heel.
- take the little screw and fix the anti-rivet.
- use the mounting bolt and screw it inside the anti-rivet to fix the frame and cuff
- make sure all is secure locked
