The PNG Defence Force Commander’s Cup is set to kick off tomorrow with participating companies from all military bases in Papua New Guinea. PNGDF Commander Gilbert Toropo will officiate at the opening ceremony where the Commander’s Cup will be brought in on a helicopter. Participants include soldiers from the Engineering Battalion in Igam, the Force Support Battalion in Port Moresby, the Second Royal Pacific Islands Regiment in Moem, and naval officers from Lombrum and Basilisk.
