more lavalamp modulation (now with noises)

Next stage on noise installation for BuildBrighton's fringe event next weekend... now MIDI output added and I tried using Reason and Mopho synth as sound sources and modulating from lavalamps usng MIDI continuous controllers. I added a simple UI to allow the CC numbers for the 6 ADC channels to be remapped without reprogramming the MCU. I think I will probably end up using Reason for the final thing.
