A behind-the-scenes look at making the Animation for Jiyoon and Samuel Seo's new music video CLICHE. Samuel Seo and Jenyer Jiyoon are two talanted musicians from South Korea. They gave me total creative freedom to animate the music video for their new song Cliche, which I'm extremely grateful for. I used the animation software TVPaint to make all the animation, except for a couple backgrounds, which were painted with watercolors. I animated one scene after another, with almost no idea what would happen next.
