European leaders reached a deal on British Prime Minister David Cameron's reforms to give the UK special status in the EU. The agreement came after two days and nights of intense talks in Brussels. Following the summit, EU president Donald Tusk says this settlement addresses all of Cameron's concerns without compromising the bloc's "fundamental values".
