this is because all scams  are like this, they don't want to help you, they want your money. They offer you a job which you need a certificate to get it first, so why do they offer this to you?
doesn't make sense right.

Don't give money , if you want legal certificates go to a well known College or University. You never have to pay to get a job, the job pays you, remember that.
