With the cost of care homes in London averaging almost £40,000 a year, some pensioners are looking for alternative ways to fund their future. One 91-year-old in Chelsea has come up with a novel plan which will allow him to sell his home but still live there for the rest of his life. Charlotte Franks has been to meet him.
