Don't ask me how I made that glitch with the 2nd tuned F40: It's a random glitch in arcade mode. I've retried to remake it with the same car and with different cars, but it doesn't work anymore. It's UNIQUE! ;-) 
IMO Polyphony should add this feature to allow to tune the A.I.'s cars as yours...
