While preaching at the corner of 6th and Hill, just outside of Pershing Square, in downtown Los Angeles, Otis, with his three-month-old son Omari in tow, stopped to ask a question. It was a question Tony had never been asked in a decade of open-air preaching.

What followed was a 45-minute conversation that may have ended with Otis coming to repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. God knows.

This divine appointment, which opens with the edification of one Christian and another man receiving a Bible, is a good example of the fruitful ministry, of open-air preaching.
