Battle Against Pokemon Trainer Red in Pokemon Let's Go Eevee, and Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu.

Took a while to get to him. As you can tell by my Pokemons' stats, I had to farm for candies for a while to beat some of the Master Trainers. You need to beat 6 Master Trainers before you can battle Red, and my Pokemon are all pretty frail and can't take hits to save their lives. The Raichu and Eevee ones are the only two I didn't train for, the rest I had no choice, especially for that Ninetales Trainer. 

Even with the Amie/Refresh bonuses, this battle didn't suck. Red's a tough opponent. In the Let's Go Johto titles, can we replace his Machamp with his Espeon, though? Probably not, but I can hope. 

I do like the way they set up these three. Red didn't change, Green exists and she isn't just a silent protagonist like Red, and Blue is Blue. Overall, it was nice to see that. What I'm hoping for now is that the next titles will feature other protagonists in similar scenarios. Ethan and Lyra would be the next two, but I'm really, really, REALLY hoping they make Kris appear in addition to the other two.
