Chinese President Xi Jinping has called for further efforts to eliminate corruption. Xi, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, made the remarks on Friday in a speech at a grand gathering in Beijing marking the 95th anniversary of the founding of the CPC.
