Bastiodon: Impenetrable Fortress But I didnt expect his moment to come so soon! -Bastiodons moveset is, in fact, taken directly from Smogon. But its such an unconventional Pokemon that I think thats fine. The premise is to bring it in on something that cant do much, (i.e. virtually any sweeper without Ground or Fighting moves) and set up Curse. After a few Curses, not even Earthquake or Close Combat will KO, and you can proceed to Metal Burst them back for massive damage. -With Curse, Bastiodons Attack becomes somewhat decent, so it can use the QuakeEdge combo well -Back to the actual battle, Scyther seemed to miss an awful lot with Double Hit (90% accuracy) but its not like it would have done much anyway. -MaCHOKE rather than MaCHAMP was a quirky decision, but there are several unevolved Pokemon that can be somewhat useable. A very respected Youtuber used a Sneasel once -Now heres what Drifblims supposed to do. Nidoking, Ninetales and even Bastiodon (great defences + bulky sub = awesome) make great recipients.
