This amethyst expresses purple, violet with magenta and blue hues. It has received an SI1 clarity grading and an excellent cut grade, measuring 13.1 mm wide, 19.5 mm long, 10.7 mm deep; with a total depth of 81.7%. Cut right here in our custom design jewelry store in Crown Point, IN USA, by precision gemstone cutter Marsha Tokarski. The amethyst rough used to cut this stunning gemstone was sourced from Rwanda. Rwanda is a country just north of Tanzania, South East Africa. This is a newly discovered source (discovered in 2015) that has produced some of the best amethyst to ever come out of the ground.
