Nato a Firenze 41 anni fa, Cosimo Pacciani è laureato a Firenze e poi ha conseguito il dottorato di ricerca a Siena. Ha vissuto a Londra per più di 16 anni e ha sempre lavorato nel campo della finanza, con esperienza in corporate finance, credito e derivati creditizi. Negli ultimi nove anni è stato responsabile della gestione dei rischi di una delle più grandi banche britanniche.
Ha vissuto il Credit Crunch, occupandosi di questioni di gestione del rischio e stabilità finanziaria, crede fermamente che ogni crisi crea opportunità. Ha recentemente pubblicato un e-book, La Politica Accidentale («Politica accidentale") (suwww.lulu.com), che è una sorta di manifesto della nuova politica basata sulla responsabilità individuale. La passione per la finanza a volte si unisce a quella per la musica, in un bel modo (vedi link sotto).

Born in Florence 41 years ago, Cosimo Pacciani graduated in Florence and then obtained his PhD in Siena. He has lived in London for more than 16 years and he has always worked in finance, with expertise in corporate finance, risk and credit derivatives. For the last nine years, he has been responsible for risk management of one of the biggest British banks.
He has lived the Credit Crunch years dealing with issues of risk management and financial stability and he strongly believes that every crisis creates opportunities. He has recently published an e-book, La Politica Accidentale ('Accidental Politics') (on www.lulu.com), which is a kind of manifesto of the new politics of individual responsibility. His passion for finance and music sometimes clash in a nice way (see link below).
