Ferry fuel surcharge to be removed

Starting tomorrow  BC Ferries passengers will no longer be paying a fuel surcharge.
Lower diesel costs mean the ferry corporation is scrapping the 3.4 per-cent charge.
The move is not likely a permanent one.
