Rebuilt at Patiala and fitted with Daulat Ram DBR, Ratlam (RTM) WDM-3A # 16822R in LHF mode started firing all cylinders with weekly, 22653 Trivandrum - Nizamuddin Superfast Express (via Kottayam). Loco was honking at LC gate ahead of curvature and as soon as it appeared through curvature it started smoking with acceleration. This was captured in its Monsoon time table of Konkan Railway otherwise in normal time table this train skips Umroli station at around 5:25 AM in the morning. It is one of five Superfast trains (including Rajdhani) in between Thiruvananthapuram Central and Hazrat Nizamuddin. The other trains are 12643 Trivandrum - Nizamuddin Swarna Jayanti Express, 12431 Trivandrum - Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express, 22633 Trivandrum - Nizamuddin Superfast Express and 22655 Trivandrum - Nizamuddin Superfast Express (via Alappuzha). Apart from these trains, there are few more trains which go beyond Nizamuddin or starting from Kochuveli, and these are 12625 Kerala Express, 16317 Himsagar Express, 12483 Kochuveli - Amritsar Superfast Express, 22659 Kochuveli - Dehradun Superfast Express and 12217 Kerala Sampark Kranti Express.
