Ingredients- सामग्री • 1 cup of sprouted moth bean (अंकुरित मोठ/मटकी) • ½ cup of sprouted green gram (मूंग) • ½ cup of sprouted bengal gram(चना ) • 1 chopped potato (आलू) • 2 tbsp of grated, dry coconut (नारियल) • 2 big onions (प्याज) • 1 tomato (टमाटर) • 4-5 garlic cloves (लहसुन) • 1” chopped Ginger(अदरक) • 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder(हल्दी पाउडर) • 1 tbsp of coriander-cumin seeds powder (धनिया जीरा पाउडर) • 1tbsp of red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) • 1 tsp of goda masala (गोडा मसाला) • salt to taste (नमक) • coriander leaves (धनिये के पत्ते) • oil (तेल) • A little jaggery (गुड़) • Farsan (फरसाण/ सेव) • Finely chopped onion (प्याज) Thanks for watching and don’t forget to LIKE, SHARE & SUBSCRIBE !!
