A Massachusetts woman has been charged with child endangerment after her 5-year-old son, Jeremiah, went missing in September. Jeremiah was supposed to be under the protection of the state's child welfare agency, who didn't know he was missing until December. Lawmakers are demanding answers. Michelle Miller reports.
