My dad drank a cup of this stuff! Even I think that's too much, and I drink it every day. She said to my dad, "Don't tell me you drank that cow butt milk!" And it really is healthy! My mom said my dad felt better after drinking it. So did I the first time.

My mom got Tuscan Dairy Pure Cultured Buttermilk from Trader Joe's, a great grocery store. She even thought the regular milk she got tasted good. The cultured milk is supposedly good for baking, though it kills the bacteria, removing the benefits of them.

Apparently, it's true that probiotics are good for you when you take antibiotics, though you have to be knowledgeable about which probiotics and antibiotics you mix.
