Hello lovelies. Today I have a quick and easy Halloween tutorial for you. I used these awesome water decals from Whats Up Nails and I wanted to show you how to use them.

This is such an easy nail art design that should be achievable for just anyone. In this tutorial I made a candy corn gradient, but you can get creative with your base color or just keep it simple.
