Mary Constantine makes kale chips, inspired by a recipe prepared on "The Doctors." This video recipe is part of a collection of recipes from the "Stirring the Pot" series with Mary Constantine, based in East Tennessee and a product of the Knoxville News Sentinel.

RECIPE:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 large bunch of Kale

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rack in center of oven. Whisk olive oil, agave nectar, garlic powder and soy sauce together in large bowl. Chop kale into small pieces and place in bowl, tossing until well coated with soy sauce mixture. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread a portion of kale onto baking sheet and bake 8-10 minutes, cooking in batches until all is done.
