"After high school Eirik one day decided to try something new to succeed. He put a lot of effort into it, but he was unable to do what he set out to do. He failed. And it was a success. 
Failures play a vital role in learning and development, especially in today's rapidly changing world. Unfortunately, however, failures are usually regarded as something negative that must be avoided at all cost. A mindset like that makes us risk-averse and too shy or nervous to try anything new.
Eirik will share his thoughts on why failures are the key to success and how one of his fails changed his mindset. He will also tell how he continuously experiment and test new stuff and regularly fail. Fails that leads to success." Eirik is on a mission to challenge traditional ways of thinking and status quo. He is continuously looking for new ways of thinking and working and test new stuff. Eirik's way of thinking has taken him through an untraditional career path with positions such as burger flipper, navy officer, teacher, management consultant and banker.
