Here is a nice pairing with the wonderful Earth and Flame Scotch style ale. The unique thing about his ale is that it has been aged in bourbon barrels for six months. The result is an extra smooth and sweet beer with softer flavors ranging from scotch to bourbon. Plenty of malt flavor in this one too! 

Samuel Gawith's Chocolate Flake is very good as well just hard to keep lit. I will officially review it at a later time.
