When all is said and done, the Blizzard Of '10 will be the all-time record snowfall here.. I had fun doing this song and video montage of the sights and sounds of Ice Station Zero.. When I first went out at 6AM to shovel (the first of four such efforts so far today, I heard the plaintive cry of a squirrel in distress that pierced the silence of the peaceful, snow-insulated silent morning landscape.. I was moved. I felt sorry for that poor solitary creature... And I HATE squirrels!!! That shows what a unique, special day it was here today. Inconvenient, yet unforgettable.
