He created this using a common 6 rack dehydrator. I am telling you the ONLY thing COMMON about this jerky was the dehydrator he used. He flavored it using powders from REAPERS, CHOCOLATE GHOST, and the TRINIDAD DOUGLAH! I am a BIG fan of all three of these peppers, and an even BIGGER fan of this jerky! I have tried several hot jerky and this hands down was the best I have had from friends or sold commercially. NO JOKE!! The flavor was amazing, the heat was great!
