Anyone can carve a pumpkin in their kitchen. We choose to carve ours in Davy Jones' locker. Here I am testing the vintage Dacor regulator I intend to give away once I reach 5000 subscribers. I must say it performed well for a piece of gear that hasn't been used in quite a while. Of course, I may have been distracted...
