Now we do things with the Red Cyclone himself, Zangief. Zangief is the Red Cyclone for a reason. Not only can he do his trademark Spinning Pile Driver on the ground but also in the air. He only has one kind of lariat know but he also has access to muscle spirit and some strong V-Triggers that have him be at his absolute best. Believe me.
