47 has arrived at Blackwater Park apartment and discovers it's under
lock-down. No one enters or leaves the building. The building is owned by Blake Dexter. 47 must get to Victoria before Dexter leaves off with her again.

This video demonstrates on how to do "Straight to the Heart" on the
second part of the mission using the harpoon gun.
