HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY Aristo addresses the issue that has been promoted in New Age psycho-spirituality over the years – the concept of reality being created by each of us. Aristo isn't promoting the popularized and simplistic version of this idea. Instead he proposes a process that has been expressed in one version or another, by various writers of New Age style metaphysics. Aristo expresses a simplified version, or rather the basic elements of a process often complicated with spiritual ideology and hype. In the process there is a bit of ideology here as well, but it isn't necessary to buy into it to practice what is proposed here.
