This week we've come to a restaurant located in the heart of Schleswig Holstein's biggest city. It's called Der Bauch von Kiel - literally The Belly of Kiel . It was started in the year 2000 by owner Petra Müller and chef Jette Reimers. 
 
Appetizer
Ingredients for the Tomato Vinaigrette
40 g dried tomatoes
6 tbs olive oil
4 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs mustard
salt
pepper
1 minced clove garlic
1 handful basil leaves,cut into strips
6 tbs water
mix all ingredients well
