RaqC addressed a group of women & men for Amenecer's program for victims of domestic violence. The first step forward, is a lifeline for hundreds of women & children. Since the program began in 1999, victims have come to the program in crisis- not knowing where else to turn- and found guidance, support, advocacy, and most importantly, a path that leads to self- sufficiency and a violence-free life.
