This is a continuation of Aristo's Empowerment Series that he has labeled EMPO 101. In this video he continues talking about strategies, physical and metaphysical, for dealing with the pressures that occur naturally just by living in the matrix. He tells us that empowerment is our birthright. He emphasizes the importance of developing our discernment, which will help us make better decisions, including what to do when it seems as if we have failed. As long as we are still breathing, we still have the ability to learn and grow from and through the things we experience. We must be patient with ourselves as well as forgiving – ourselves and others. This is a process of spiritual awakening and evolution that is producing a transformation both individually and collectively. (Hopefully, the issue of volume balance will be a little less irritating than the previous video.)
