How to install the new eclipse jelly bean rom build 14 and how to flash the new jb radios to the Galaxy Nexus on verizon using twrp recovery

Sorry about the kids in the back ground. I have 4 and such is life in my house :-)

To flash just the radio download radio zip and flash in custom recovery then reboot thats it really ease.

Requirements
unlocked bootloader
Root
a custom recovery install cwm or twrp
downloaded the rom and gapps optional jelly bean radio's
