Where were the first major waterslides ever in Canada? Look no further, than the 1978 water slides at Ontario Place, in Toronto. Used throughout the 1970's and 1980's, these slides were eventually replaced in 1993. Long before Froster Soak City, the Hydrofuge, Rush River Raft, and Pink Twister... these original Ontario Place water slides were as exciting as any water park!
