talking about how in some cases, people are under the impression of illusory public provision of a good or service due, at least in part, to rational ignorance. I know I'm not the first person to put this idea forward. I just wanted to explicitly talk about it and focus on this on thing and put it into graphs. I know it's also not the entire explanation for "crowding out" and is only a very specific case (a sub-category, if you will) of crowding out.
