ABQ City Workers Prep For Possible Budget Cuts

Albuquerque Mayor Richard Berry is proposing to cut 3 percent of wages from city workers. The cuts will cover the city's budget shortfall of $66 million instead of imposing layoffs or furloughs. City workers expressed their concern to councilors last month and will do it again Thursday night. This will be their last chance to rally councilors on their side before a decision is made.
