This girl choir from California were trained by an elderly gentleman, called John Vaznaian, and here his wife takes the girls, as he is unwell, during part of their visit to Hampshire, hosted by the Basingstoke Male Voice Choir. The girls were quite remarkable, as they lived miles apart from each other, and so practised at home. Later, the men of the BMVC visited California and had a very successful tour of the West Coast.
