One of the Colonial Zone viralata (mixed breed dog) street dogs, Peck, likes to put his head on my lap when he sees me. Then he starts howling. He will howl and talk to me for a few minutes then go on his way. Towards the end the other dogs, Inteliperra and Buenagente (The Dominican Dogs http://colonialzone-dr.com/dominican-dog-blog), decided to join in with accompaniment barking. The lights went out in the park as soon as I started recording so you have to use your imagination for the image.
