French FM meets Arab League secretary general

The secretary-general of the Arab League welcomed the French foreign minister to Egypt on Sunday. The French foreign minister is scheduled to meet with Egyptian and Arab officials to discuss developments in the region including the conflicts in Libya, Syria, Yemen and the Palestinian territories. He has already met with his Egyptian counterpart and will also meet with President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi. The meetings follow Thursday's talks on Syria with high-level officials of countries including France, the US, and Saudi Arabia.
