Incident Details: San Diego Fire-Rescue received a call of a possible drug overdose on Island Ave. near 19th. Upon arrival SDFD confirmed a patient who was overdosing. Unfortunately, this has become a common occurrence in the Downtown San Diego with the increase of the transient population over the past 10 years within the county.
