Where Have I Been? - A Novakobx22 (Text) Update

Novakobx22 Update - Saturday, September 2nd, 2017 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey. It's been a while. If you've been to my channel for the past couple of months, you will notice I haven't really been uploading any videos, aside from the filler videos. So, you've might have been asking... "Where the hell is Nova?" ...or not. You might have just ignored me. That's alright. But, I'm here to ask the first question of where the hell I've been and why I haven't been uploading that many videos. There are multiple reasons why I haven't been making that many videos. The first reason is something called "creator block". This defines a moment when you've run out of creativity or ideas for a creation. This is a serious problem for YouTubers, because with no original ideas, you can't really make that much videos, or...at least, videos with at least some creative juice in them. I've had this "creator block" ever since "the-emoji-movie.mov", which is my latest video since this update. But that's not the only reason. There is also things to do in the real world. This past summer, my goal was to actually go out and enjoy my summer rather than sit on my ass all day on the computer. I kinda achieved that, switching between going outside and doing activities and being on the computer. During the time on the computer, I've mostly overlooked YouTube and did other things. Now, summer is over and school is in session, which will give me even less time to be on the internet. The last reason is that I am losing interest in object shows and the object show community. As you might know, object shows are the main fuel of the channel. They're the type of videos the audience of this channel want and have wanted ever since the Best of Rocky montage in 2014. Since that video, I've loved object shows, continuing the "Best Of's" series, making Object Show Trivia, and contributing things to the community. However, now, I'm starting to lose interest, because of the (mostly) childish fanbase (no offense) and lack of original shows. So, what's next? Just because I say I'm losing interest in the OSC doesn't mean I'm quitting entirely, even though that might happen someday, I'm just going to make less videos about object shows. Right now, my interests are shifting over to gaming, modding, and meme videos. Also, no, you're not going to see Let's Plays on this channel anytime soon. I've also been thinking about making a brand new website for the channel and maybe even doing a voice reveal soon. Whatever those two ideas come to reality or not will take a while to determine. In summary, the reason why I haven't been making that many videos is because of idea droughts and real life events. I'm starting to lose interest in the OSC, but I'm not quitting entirely. Get ready to see more gaming, meme, and of course, object show videos soon. - Nova
