Played with Winter Soldier and Star Lord. I will place Winter Soldier most likely in B tier. He's pretty good. I will need be adding Squirrel Girl and Howard the Duck to the viable list at this time. I feel like they're both not suited for the meta, and I briefly explain why here. They sound good on paper, but not in practice. I also discuss Noir/RR teams and the "issue" with them.
